A boxing workout that will leave you feeling strong and confident. The signature workout utilizes the fundamentals of a boxer's workout – including heavy bag and boxing ring training, double end bag, speed bag, partner skill work, and some old-school strength and conditioning. You'll leave feeling like a champ!

HEAVY BAG

Our trainers are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. You will experience intense heavy bag rounds focused on skill development and proper form, based on our signature combination of the day.

BOXING RING

Boxers, get ready to step into the ring and work together to sharpen and develop your boxing skills! In the ring, you'll learn how to use focus mitts, paddles, and glove-on-glove skill work for fitness.

DOUBLE END AND SPEED BAG TRAINING

Boxing is one of the most effective ways to get in shape and stay fit. with this training you will develop your punching rhythm, movement and timing, so you can focus on what's right in front of you and the present—allowing you to clear your mind of any distractions.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Boxers are some of the fittest athletes in the world. Our boxing-inspired conditioning is guaranteed to get you in shape and will close out each class.

WARM UP

A warm-up is the best way to get your heart pumping and prepare your body for a great fitness workout. We'll start with cardio drills and stretches, then move on to a short boxing skill breakdown that includes the combo of the day.

ROUNDS

Learning boxing is more than just hitting a bag. The core of the workout will be broken up into rounds: learning how to punch the heavy, double-end bag, and speed bag while working in small groups. This allows you to learn from other boxers.

OLD SCHOOL CONDITIONING

You can be one of the fittest athletes in Austin, Tx. Boxing is a great way to get in shape and stay fit. It's also a lot of fun! We'll show you what your true potential is.
