Our signature workout utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout – including heavy bag and boxing ring training, double end bag, speed bag, partner skill work, and some old school strength and conditioning. This will be your new favorite workout class.
Our trainers will guide you through 3 intense heavy bag rounds focused on skill development and proper form, based on our signature combination of the day.
Partners will step into the ring and work together to sharpen and develop their boxing skills. In the ring, the focus will be learning how to use focus mitts, paddles, and glove-on-glove skill work.
These classic punching bags will help you develop your punching rhythm, movement and timing. The concentration needed to hit these bags will have you fully focused on what's right in front of you and the present; allowing you to clear your mind of any distractions.
Boxers are some of the fittest athletes in the world, our boxing inspired conditioning will close out each class.
The best workout of your life starts with cardio drills and stretches to get your heart pumping. We follow the warm up with a short skill breakdown, featuring the combo of the day.
The core of the workout will be broken up into rounds: learning how to punch the heavy, double end bag, and speed bag while working in small groups.
