Prepare yourself to feel empowered with our boxing class. Our USA Boxing Certified instructors designed the classes to offer an authentic experience similar to a professional boxer's. Classes train with heavy bags and in the boxing ring, working with double-end and speed bags, sparring with partners, and incorporating old-school strength and conditioning exercises. By the end of the class, you'll feel confident and accomplished, like a true champion!

Our signature workout utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout – including heavy bag and boxing ring training – to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core, stamina, reflex, and confidence. This will be your new favorite workout class.

Boxing Warm Ups

WARM UPS

A typical boxing workout will focus on mobility exercises, core movements, plyometric exercises, skipping, and dynamic stretching. Our warm-ups are fun and stimulating and can be tailored or modified to fit the individual. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace while prepping for class.

Heavy Boxing Bag

HEAVY BAG

Our heavy bags are hand stuffed premium leather, making for the perfect combination of feel and comfort. As an essential part of any boxer’s routine, the heavy bag allows superior range development, an aspect that punching mitts can severely limit. The boxing combinations used on the heavy bags change daily, and the focus rotates weekly.

Double End Bag

DOUBLE END BAG

A fun and challenging piece of any boxer’s workout will include the double end bag. Our focus on this bag is rhythm and timing, while also mastering your ability to flow from offense to defense fluidly. The smaller moving target develops hand-eye coordination, speed, and muscle memory with combinations.

Cobra Bag

COBRA BAG

A new age bag designed for defensive reactions and punching timing. The cobra bag is on a large spring and moves back and forth toward you while punching it, allowing the boxer to slip and weave after every punch combination.

Spar Bar

SPARBAR

The spar bar is a genius tool for the modern boxer to develop the ideal blend of defensive skills. Using this fun and creative bag, the boxer can practice multiple ways of dealing with the dangerous hook. We teach students to weave, pull, and block and counter on the Sparbar.

Speed Bag

SPEED BAGS

With a history dating back to the late 19th century, the speed bag has been a classic tool in every boxing club. This vital bag improves the boxers hand speed, timing, accuracy, and coordination. In addition, the speed bag is particularly effective in developing a boxer’s shoulder, arm, and wrist strength, as well as promoting overall cardiovascular endurance.
